The vehicle is disassembled; parts are removed for an accurate re-inspection of all hidden or additional work. Outer sheet metal panels, engine, interior panels, trim, bumper covers and fascias are removed as necessary to access all damage, especially to the inner uni-structure. Supplemental damage is written by Service Writer and Technician.

We then notify you and your Insurance Company of the supplemental damage or additional work. If necessary, the Insurance Company will send out an Appraiser/Adjuster who may need to personally inspect the additional damage and approve the necessary work.

Following approval of the additional damage, your vehicle is then placed back into production.
